T&C Related Warranty:-

  • 1 Year Warranty Cover in Handle Lock. 
  • 2 Years Warranty in Push-Pull Models. 
  • 1 Year Battery for Lithium-ion Batteries 
  • Warranty cover electric parts lock body for 2 years from date of purchase. 
  • Physical damages like handle broken or any kind of lock breaking is not covered, colour or coating of lock doesn’t have any warranty like chrome finish or any colour may get damaged due nail paint removers, detergents, colin like liquids.

T&C Related Door & Installation:-

  • 35 mm to 70 mm Door thickness Required for Handle Models.
  • 35 mm to 90 mm Door thickness Required for Push-Pull Models.
  • Doors with Laminate, Veneer & Sunmica may get minor uneven finishing near striker plate and mortise/lock body inside the door, which is very normal while installing large locks. These can’t be repaired by our team and will not be compensated.
  • Only First visit will be free where installation of the product would be given,
  • If Installation is not completed by any reason beyond control of (Door polishing/Customer not available on site) the next visit will be done on chargeable basis.
  • Frame cutting for marble and granite will incur additional costs from the client.

T&C Related Smart Lock & its Usage:-  

  • You need to keep the manual keys with you always in case of emergencies if system fails due to any reason, so that you can open door. 
  • Face recognition will not work accurately with face with a beard.
  • Fingerprint recognition will not work accurately with Aged people.
  • In order to use mobile applications, 2.4 GHz WIFI network is required.
  • The unlocking notification will only appear when the person will press the bell symbol on the lock.
  • It is vital to understand all of the features of the lock properly before purchasing; any misunderstandings will not be resolved by the company.

T&C Related Returns & Refunds:-   

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Products that are damaged, used, or do not meet the return eligibility criteria will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the return is approved and the product is inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Any shipping or handling fees associated with the original purchase are nonrefundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Products that have been installed or used cannot be claimed for Refund or Exchange.
  • Exchanges are allowed for products of equal or lesser value, provided the returned product meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Conditions may vary based on the type of product or return scenario.

T&C Related Product Delivery:-   

  • Delivery will be done on same day after confirmation of payment.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number & Product Photos/Videos once the product is dispatched.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on public holidays or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct. Changes to the address cannot be made after dispatch.
  • If the courier service is unable to deliver the product due to an incorrect address or no one being available to accept the delivery, a second delivery attempt will be made. Additional delivery fees may apply.
  • If a product is damaged during delivery, customers must report the damage within [24 Hours] of receiving the product.
  • The company may offer a replacement or refund upon reviewing the claim and photos of the damaged product.
